This company have gone above and beyond what we expected when enquiring about the grant. From the initial communication regarding the boiler, to the survey taking place and then having insulation and the boiler fitted was such a quick turnaround.

I’ve been back and forth with almost 50 different companies who seem to be hiring people that know nothing about good customer service. I finally came across a young lady called Icra or ikra who was honestly remarkable. Great customer service skills.
