Eligibility Criteria for Boiler Grants
- Your existing boiler should have been installed before 2005.
- Only Non-condensing in-efficient boilers may bee eligible for free replacement; condensing boilers are not replaceable.
- There is no age restriction for eligibility, pensioners are also eligible
- Your property must be connected to the main gas supply that should be installed before April 2022.
- An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) grade of D (lower), E, F or G is necessary for your property.
