FIRST TIME CENTRAL HEATING GRANTS
Upgrade your home with a government-funded Grant covering a full heating system with a boiler or heat pump, radiators, smart controls, and full installation.
FREE HEAT PUMP GRANTS
Enhance home comfort with UK government insulation grants—get loft or cavity wall insulation to cut energy use and carbon emissions.
NATIONWIDE PROGRAM
Switching to a central heating system offers benefits beyond reduced energy consumption. Compared to electric heaters, a central heating system simplifies the maintenance of a consistent temperature throughout your home. Enhancing both property value and marketability, a contemporary central heating system improves the appeal and saleability of your home. Most central heating systems are compatible with smart thermostats, which makes it easy to control the temperature of your home when you‘re away.
ECO4 Scheme Eligibility
- Must be a Homeowner or a Private Tenant
- Home with eligible Energy Performance Certificate (EPC rating below D).
- Property must have an EPC rating of lower D, E, F, or G.
- Inefficient heating system preferred for upgrade benefits
- Low income (Less Than £31,000 annual household income)
